Clifford Consulting does not accept Insurance assignment. Obtaining insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the paitient. In order to aide patients in seeking insurance reimbursement current industry standard procedural codes (CPT codes) are listed on every receipt. Diagnosis (ICD 9,10) codes should be obtained by your ordering professional. Reinbursement is not guarenteed as insurance coverage and policies vary widely. Please contact your insurance company to determine what coverage you may or may not have. As a non-acute care facility we have declined to participate with Medicare or to accept other insurance assignments for several reasons. These include:

Blood testing for clinical purposes in much of the United States is perscriptive and must be ordered by a physician, dentist or other health care professional As a matter of governmental regulation, testing and test results are provided on order from an authorized health care professional or our partnered thrird party ordering service Betterlabtestsnow.com. We honor and abide by all applicable State and local laws concerning clinical testing. Professional interpretation of the test results by a licensed healthcare provier is nessesary in forming a treatment protocol as materials reactivity screening is only one of many factors that may be affecting your health. Only licensed healthacre professionals can issue diagnosis codes (ICD) and recommend specific care. |

Payment for Clifford Materials Reactivity Testing is due in full at the time of submission of a sample for testing. Clifford Consulting and Research employs a single fee payment schedule and does not extend billing accounts. Payment must be made in U.S. funds in the form of a check, money order, or credit card. |

Shipping fees for Fedex shipping originating in United States are included in the total lab fee. Senders must use the provided shipping materials and documents supplied by Clifford Consulting & Research, Inc. in the specimen shipping kit. Any other shipping method or service is not covered in the lab fee for testing. It is important that all blood specimens submitted for testing be be prepared and shipped according to supplied instructions. Please see shipping instructions for details on specimen shipping and appropriate methods for submitting blood specimens for testing. Specimen shipping kits, literature, and supplies are provided to licensed professionals upon request by phone, fax or via our email. |

Only a licensed professional such as a physician or dentist can render a diagnosis of patient conditions or issue a diagnosis code (ICD-9,10) for insurance purposes. These trained healthacre professionals consider many factors that may be effecting your health in choosing a course of treatment. Clifford Consulting and Research does not issue blood drawing orders nor are drawing fees included in the testing fee. Clifford Consulting and Research Inc is the only source for the Clifford Materials Reactivity Testing (CMRT). The CMRT test was invented by Walter Jess Clifford, using techniques and methods gained through his experience in private and military biomedical research. Other organizations have attempted to mimic CMRT testing methods and techniques. Although there are some similarities in the philosophy of their testing with CMRT, there are substantive differences, including:
